• Manages the Office of Financial Aid Facebook, Twitter and Instagram accounts.
• Answers questions from students about their financial aid packages via social media.
• Creates and implements seasonal campaigns
• Maintains the Office of Financial Aid website through Wordpress
• Informs students of financial aid information and deadlines via email through a CRM platform
• Creates tutorial videos to help students better understand their offer package and financial aid processes

• Regularly updated official Monmouth County Facebook and Twitter accounts
• Scheduled social media posts using Hootsuite
• Created promotional graphic materials for various Monmouth County divisions via Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.
• Oversaw the "Monmouth County Goes Red" campaign, which involved collecting "Go Red" photos from various County divisions and posting them on the Monmouth County social media accounts throughout the day.
